Back in 2009 while touring the United Kingdom (UK) with my family, the one most important thing I wanted to bring home wasn't gifts and all that souvenirs but memories, memories frozen in time. Clad in my woollen coat with a camera, I was intrigued by the limitless boundaries of photography, almost like a passion- except I knew nothing about it.
One of my favourite photographs was this one I took at Epping Forest, South-East England. Having visited London a twice before, both in summer, I've never gotten to experience the beauty of British winter, which in my case was absolutely stunning.
Given its relatively long timeframe since this photograph was taken, the fact that it still brings back the same winter tranquility is in my case, what photography is about- the ability to bring back sentiments and affectivity of the past.
